- We will never request sensitive payment details via phone, email, or SMS.
- Payment confirmation will be sent via email/SMS after a successful transaction.
- Failed transactions will not result in an order being processed.
4. Return & Refund Policy
- Eligibility:
- Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Mandatory Requirement: A clear unedited video recording of the unboxing, from sealed packaging to revealing the item, must be provided to verify any damage/defect.
- Without this video proof, return requests will be automatically rejected.
- Non-returnable items: Customized/altered items, clearance sale products, and items damaged due to customer mishandling.
- Process: Contact info@raziasarees.com with your order number, reason for return, and video proof.
- Refunds: Processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method after quality inspection. Shipping/COD charges are non-refundable.
5. Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
- After dispatch, our Return & Refund Policy applies.
6. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, network issues).
- We are not liable for payment failures due to incorrect details or third-party service issues.
