- A clear, unedited video recording is mandatory, showing the unboxing of the product from the sealed package to verify the issue.
- The video must clearly display the condition of the package, item, and any defects or damages.
- Without this video proof, return requests will be automatically rejected.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customised or altered products.
- Items purchased during clearance sales or under special promotions.
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
Return Process

- Provide your order number, reason for return, and the mandatory video recording.
- Once approved, we will share the return shipping address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- Shipping or COD charges are non-refundable.
